The staff was very friendly, quick and helpful, I got in and out with no problems.
The staff at Jacksonville Urgent Care are very helpful and courteous. I wasn't sure I had an emergency situation and they did all the tests they could at their facility. I was called promptly the next morning and they urged me to go to ER. After getting CT scan, I was diagnosed with appendicitis! The Baptist Urgent Care has done several follow up calls to check on me. I would recommend them highly!
The staff at Baptist Health Urgent Care was wonderful with my son the two times we have been. There wasn't a long wait time and we saw the ANP immediately. They were able to diagnose my son and get him the medication he needed. Thank you!
Great staff. I felt they really cared and wanted to make me as comfortable as possible. They have diagnosed me and was successful in getting me well. Very polite and tried to get me in quickly. I will continue to use them.
Wait time was minimal, staff was caring and competent! I would highly recommend this facility plus it's a convenient location. I'm feeling much better today thank you!
Very pleased with the care I received, and thank you to the staff. My actual wait was short that paperwork took more of the time. Staff made sure they got an accurate description of my symptoms and treated me accordingly. I'll most definitely will be back.
Comment: I was quickly taken back to an exam room. My wait in the exam room was brief. The ANP was knowledgable and confident which made me more comfortable. She respected my needs and took care of me without delay. She told me what to expect from treatment and when to return should my symptoms not resolve. She answered all my questions thoroughly.
