The administrative, medical, and laboratory staff are very weak, unprofessional, and completely irresponsible. Patients are forced to wait an unnecessarily long time even for a simple check-up or routine visit.

I was on the phone with the clinic to reschedule an appointment for my mother-in-law, who speaks limited English. The representative insisted on using an interpreter, which surprised both my mother-in-law and me, as it made the process more complicated. Even with their interpreter, I had to clarify some points because not all Arabic dialects are the same.

UPDATE: I called the number of the "owner" who responded to my review and was directed to voice mail. I have yet to receive a return call. Instead, I received a letter from the doctor saying "...we believe that a trusting and functional relationship is important for both providers and patients." Followed by "...any future appointments scheduled with our office will be cancelled and your provider-patient relationship is formally terminated effective immediately." This office is wonderful. Everyone here is amazing they are polite, very friendly , and very understanding. They do everything they can to help you with all your needs. Dr. Abdullah is one of the people that truly cares about her patients and has always helped me and many others with getting their health needs . If you are looking for a good physician office that will fulfill all your needs come to this specific office .
