I’ve been coming to this practice since 2021. I adore Dr. Calvin, Mabel and the ladies at checkout. Lab techs here have always gotten me on the first stick as well.

The administrative, medical, and laboratory staff are very weak, unprofessional, and completely irresponsible. Patients are forced to wait an unnecessarily long time even for a simple check-up or routine visit.

I was on the phone with the clinic to reschedule an appointment for my mother-in-law, who speaks limited English. The representative insisted on using an interpreter, which surprised both my mother-in-law and me, as it made the process more complicated. Even with their interpreter, I had to clarify some points because not all Arabic dialects are the same.

UPDATE: I called the number of the "owner" who responded to my review and was directed to voice mail. I have yet to receive a return call. Instead, I received a letter from the doctor saying "...we believe that a trusting and functional relationship is important for both providers and patients." Followed by "...any future appointments scheduled with our office will be cancelled and your provider-patient relationship is formally terminated effective immediately." At least they had the courtesy to include a medical release for... read more
