Today is dec.23 ,2020 I got my ears pierced and bought some ear rings. I went into total knee replacement on dec.22,2020 and my earrings had to be out of my ears. No jewelry was alone to be worn during surgery. So I was a in an out patient. I went to put my earrings back in and there were no holes for them they grue backing one day. I bought a chain and charm on December 19, 2020. I asked specifically if I would be able to return it if my son did not like it. I was told I could return it for a full refund within 30 days. On December 31, 2020 I went back to return my purchase. I was then told that they were not accepting returns over $200 until after the first of the year.
