Better than going to sit for hours in the ED. The PA was gentle with my son who needed stitches.
other than the 2 hr wait to be seen. the PA Donald Grace was very professional and I was satisfied with his service and diagnosis
The older heavy set old man was very rude guess this explains why I don't ever come to one of these! ! ! !
