Fast, knowledgeable, explained the issues and were very thorough. I have seen bad reviews and after being there can't understand it. The issues people posted do not seem like they are the same place. Maybe these people feel they are better than others and shouldn't have to wait. But they fail to realize they are no more important than anyone else.

I had no issues with the staff. But the wait is way too long. Which is why you only get 3 stars. Normally I can get a same day appointment with our pediatrician but since my 4 year old didn't complain of ear pain till 3:30 and unfortunately they were booked up for the day. I live very close to the urgent care so it seemed logical to go there. We were there from 3:45-5:45. There weren't even that many people in there. Seems as though there's only one doctor there at a time. I think one more doctor or PA would be very helpful ... read more
Worst place ever!! Never coming here again.. been here since 8pm.. it's now 11:45pm and we still haven't been seen. My 11yr old son has pink eye and is miserable.. yet we sit here waiting.. when asking the staff what's going on. They give me attitude.. and tell me there is still another person in front of us.. wth kind of place are y'all running here!?
It was a very quick visit which is nice when you don't feel good. Staff was very friendly.
Long long wait. No help with son's pain or thumb turning purple while waited 3 hours.
