Dr. Nielson and Dr. Rob where great. My mother in law broke her hip. The Drs explained the surgery to a t. Dr. Rob saw us in the emergency room. We didnt wait long. She had surgery the next morning. Fast thank you for taking such good care of my loved one. The Moores.
Bravo, Banner Health Urgent Care on Gary Road...top notch patient experience! I’m here on vacation, had a hard fall at the grocery store and went in to get checked out the next morning. Was able to make an appt on line or walk-in (chose appt), friendly courteous staff checked my eligibility in seconds, I didn’t fill out a single piece of paperwork, I wasn’t asked the same demographic questions more than once, I was seen at the appointed time, examined, had x-rays AND results given to me along with the pretty ankle boot, gave... read more
They need more Doctors Here...almost 2 hours to be seen just shouldn’t happen. I like the facility and providers...just a very long wait when you are miserable...I don’t use the computer to schedule since the last time it took even longer for my Mother In Law to be seen that way. Waited at home until the allotted time then another 2 hours there.
Given how many people were there the time went by quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our time with urgent care was less stressful and accommodating than others we have been to! Thank you to all.

My experience was great the wait was not bad considering it is a urgent care, the doctor and all medical staff did s great job making my daughter feel comfortable. I have no complaints at all.
Quick, efficient and great staff!! Had an injury that required immediate attention and they knew exactly what to do!
