My son went here twice and they did not treat him properly...waste of money! After a week he is ill with coughing, fever, increase mucous production and weakness but no prescription for any type of antibiotic medication. Should have taken advice from others to go to elsewhere which we will.

Np Hawk is the worst nurse practitioner I have ever seen. Walked into the room never introduced herself, was in the room to examine my son and myself and was in the room less than 5 min. Wouldnt listen to any of my concerns. Walked out of the room as fast and she walked in. The ma was fantastic(especially with my son)
Should call it 3 hr wait care, maybe if you’re lucky!
Thank you so much Andrew for helping me. You are Amazing. I recommend anyone that is sick because I been here couple of time is like in and out. The nurse and Dr are great. I just move here from California about 6 month ago. I have to say that Banner Health care is awesome. They explain everything correctly and make sure you understand How to take you medication. And especially they follow up with you. And I like that. Thank you so much Banner Health ( Urgent Care-Gary & Empire ) you guys are great..
A very pleasant experience. The wait wasn’t to bad, but the exam rooms were cold to me.
