I walked in with a sliced open finger... The receptionist wanted to look at it, so i showed it to her. She then said twice how it made her want to throw up, she should probably not be working at an emergency care clinic. Very unprofessional on her part. NP Jennifer Fimbres was phenomenal! I was so nervous to get sutures, she made me feel so comfortable and was as gentle as should could possibly be in that situation.
Very poor experance. I went there because I had a left foot that was infected by something. The Dr. Would hardly look at it. She said it wasn't a infection it was a start of a corn. 2 hours was a waste of time. The next day my son looks at my foot and says I have a thorn in it. He dogs it out with tweasers and sqeases out puss from infection. I will never go to urgent care again. Very very poor medical help. Waste of money
Fake healthcare! These people had poor attitudes and didn't do anything as I had the flu! This place is just a money grab with no real healthcare. My normal DR did much more.
Very dissatisfied I went in there with serve pain due to my knee I have loss of bone density and also I had ashtma problems I left with Prednisone they did not care about my pain lobby was freezing Dr was rude .. I left in tears from pain don't think I will be going back to this one very upset
Came in today but was not able to be seen because i did not have my insurance card in hand. I had been there before so they did have it on file. Where is the caring there.
This place is a joke, there is no compassion for any of their patients. NP Harris shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine she is pretty corrupt and doesn't want to work to help anyone. AVOID HER AND THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!
It's rare to find medical care where you can check-in, have a thorough examination, and get treated all in under a hour. When you're sick this is all you want, to find out what's wrong and have a medical professional help make you feel better. If I need to go to Urgent Care in the future, I will go here again and I recommend it to others.
