I had minimal wait time and the whole process was very professional.
I suffer from chronic migraines. And i never come unless its super bad. I was asked to do a series of weird testing. Because the nurse practitioner thought was addicted to drugs. Seriously???!!!! Im in pain, crying, asking for something for my migraines n u think im here to score!!!!! Never had that happen to me n after today ILL NEVER COME BACK! Dont assume shit about people who are in real bad need of medication.
I got a spider bite about a month back and ignored it until I had time to devote to it finally could today I was going to wait and see my doctor tomorrow but I woke up dragging my foot so I went to urgent care and OK I have asthma any symptoms of spider bites will include breathing problems after I explained everything and them taking my temp which was 104 anything higher than 100 you have to go to the hospital she told me to basically keep doing what I was doing and call my doctor tomorrow it made me feel worse than I was a... read more

Took forever and was only 1 person ahead of me was there over 2 hrs and did the sign in before .
I walked in right at 8 am, front desk checked me in, I was called back, the NA took my vitals and a strep test. The NP came in, gave me a breathing treatmemt. She was super nice. She checked me out, diagnosed me, wrote me my prescriptions and i was out the door. I was on antibiotics by mid-morning and on the road to recovery. I had a very good experience. I was so grateful!
Great friendly staff
The female doctor that attended me was very caring and professional but I was the only one there and took forever to first pass me to take my vitals and then another looong time to see the doctor.
Nothing urgent about the care. Waited an hour to be called back, an hour before any one came to talk to me, and an hour to be discharged. When I left the same people were still in the waiting room as when I was called back. I don't understand why it takes 3 hours for the minimal care I received.
