I took my mother here on a Wednesday evening (5/8/2019) at 5pm due to difficulty breathing. All we were looking for was a quick breathing treatment until she could get into see her doctor the next day but instead we waited over 2 hours with no doctor in site. I’m disgusted and disappointed by the amount of urgency the staff showed and when we finally had enough and decided to leave the woman working the front desk showed no empathy and shrugged her shoulders and said “ok”. I've been waiting well over an hour just for the results of a step test and to be seen by the doctor here. I have a horrible migraine that needs to be treated as well and I don't have all night to spend in a clinic waiting to be acknowledged by the staff. I will never return to this clinic. Urgent care isn't so urgent in this building. Definitely do not recommend unless you don't have an urgent problem and you have all day to wait.
they were very caring and understanding of my cluster headache. staff dimmed the lights and they were just amazing
Very helpful staff I appreciate the nurse for comforting my daughter and helping us put her in a splint until she was seen for a cast today. In & out service
