I recently purchased my new home in Warrenville, S.C. with a USDA Mortgage Loan through Rick ****** from Bank of England. Rick was excellent to work with. He kept myself, my realtor, my attorney, and my insurance in the loop of the process constantly and was very quick getting things done. My experience with Bank of England Mortgage was great. They are high in integrity and always had my best interest in mind. My loan officer, Rick ******, was exceptional and went above and beyond to assist me in getting my loan approved. My realtor and escrow officer both agreed that by far, Rick was not like most other loan officers they had encountered. My husband and I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service that we received during the entire refinancing process with Edward S. and Bank of England Mortgage. Edward S. was a blessing to work with. He was always there to advise us in the best direction, answered every question we had. He guided us in every step of the way. We were able to do everything through e-mail and when we call him, he was quick to get back to us. We highly recommend Edward S. if you are thinking to buy or refinancing.

I am writing in regards to our recent refinancing of our home with Bank of England. When we first undertook the possibility of refinancing, we were working with Bank of England and two other banks at the time. We only stayed with Bank of England because of loan officer Kelly T. He kept in constant contact with us on almost a daily basis, ready to answer questions and help in any way that he could. There was no other comparison with the other two banks. I had a wonderful experience working with Rick L. at The Bank of England Mortgage Company. I am a first-time home buyer and the first time I spoke with Rick, he did a soft credit check and suggested that I leave $10 - $15 on a couple of department store credit cards to show that I can carry a balance. By doing this, he said it would increase my score. He told me to call him back in 2 months and by then my score would be higher. They made buying a home the most heartbreaking thing ever. The loan officer lied to us more than once. They dropped the ball and forgot things multiple times. They mixed up my files more than once with a different transaction. I ended up firing them and using a different lender and closing my loan in less than 20 days. They also tried to continue with the loan and would not take them being dismissed. they tried to bully me into continuing to use them. They owe me money I am currently disputing with my bank.
