We had the worst experience with the Colorado branch. We were pre approved in August, just to learn a week before we closed in December that we didn't qualify. ***** ********* was the worst about following up with deadlines and emails. We had to pay cash for the home. Six months later trying to refinance, we learn the company they hired for the appraisal appraised the home for 200 square more feet than actual. Which means we paid almost 30 K more for the home. We would not recommend this bank to anyone.

I'm filing a complaint about New England mortgage Bank. My loan officer was ********* ***** My loan was a bank statement loan. Please please don't deal with this bank , they lead you on to believe everything that they are doing to get you qualified is correct and it's not. Whenever ********* would do a mistake she would turn it around and do the blaming on me. To cover her ****. I lost all the money I put down on the house. Im a nanny and I'm single. I will keep this short and not waste your time. They are terrible at communicating! Make grandiose demands! Intrude your private information. Assure you everything is great! Just to lose your house at the very last moment

Me and my sister are buying our first house so far it has been the worst experience ever we are about to lose the house we were told to upload documents on line which I have been At the first they asked for 50 documents got that done than they change it to 70 got that done now 100 documents that not even my bank can figure out why would they needed for I had my bank calling **** he would not answer we end up hiring an counter to get it done just in case if we were missing things they end up facing the same problem no one is ... read more

I regret I ever applied for mortgage with Bank of England, process is slow & unclear. Rates are hidden, fees are hidden. People are rude in NY branch. It's a not good deal for regular customer.

I certainly wish I had read these reviews before I sent them my information. I actually was going through the good neighbor program and they are one of the banks that was listed. They're no one has reached out to contact me personally I think they might be bots because there has not been one personal phone call and we've been going back and forth through email. I started working with this company on 2/11/20 to obtain a home loan. As of 8/9/20, I have yet to close on a home due to lack of communication from a so called "experienced" loan officer. Anything that this company asked me for was provided. Sadly, I lost two homes while under their company both on the weeks of closing. After being reassured that they wanted to correct the problem , I am again being told that the "THIRD" home I chose can not be purchased due to the type. I have been trying to have myself removed from their spam email list for the last few years. Doesn't matter how many times I click unsubscribe their employee Scott ****** from Maple Grove MN location will not leave me alone even after he screwed up my closing.

I honestly have never experienced the amount of incompetence and failure to do one's job as i did working with the loan officers with this bank specifically at the Centerville Ohio location. I have been an agent for many years and the level of service that was displayed to my clients was incomprehensible. They dropped the ball on more than one occasion.
