Robo called me 4 times in 2 Hours soliciting business. I tried to call the local branch to make the calls stop but the automated system forces you to leave your name and number for a call back. So I called the headquarters and ended up speaking to their legal department that said they would make the calls stop. Today in the span of 30 minutes, I received 2 robo calls. Zero stars and after reading these reviews seems like our experience was in line with most people. Our lender was awful and all smoke and mirrors. We missed incredibly low rates because our lender failed to lock us in at a rate when we started working together. She needed the more backup documents than any lender I've ever heard of, which now I see why. She failed to hire a legitimate appraiser and we too were denied our loan which was supposed to be locked in months before. This happened during our last week in escrow and w... read more

This Company is so full of SH....., They promise all is well only for you to lose the home because all they do is string you along reassuring all is well when in fact they have NO IDEA what they are doing. And when push comes to shove they IGNORE YOU AND GHOST ALL ATTEMPTS to contact your loan officer. Mine was Wendy ******* so full of false promised and misleading.... I am now in Breach of contract because of them and losing the home.

I personally dealt with Wendy ***** I was told I would receive an an answer early last week. She new we were working on a dead line. She told me all looked well and she saw no unforeseen problems. Early last week came and went. She has ghosted my every attempt to contact her since. In some cases leaving 5 messages a day.... We are now in breach of losing the property. Our experience with BOE has been a train wreck. If you looks at the complaints, we had a similar experience as the complaint filed on 06/02/2021. We have been using them to purchase a COOP. Our contract was signed around March 26. Our appraisal was "finished" around April 15th. We have been in underwriting ever since. This is because they use Wells Fargo as their investor for this mortgage and Wells Fargo does the underwriting. We have been in underwriting for THREE MONTHS.
