Customer service is obviously not a priority here. I was told I had to make an appointment to get something notarized (and I could only get it notarized there if there was a notary block on it). Bank of America only employs one person (at the location I visited) who is a notary. I was also told I'd have to make an appointment with a banker to change my last name on my account. I have a small business account with BOA and recently they began charging an additional $14 for 'Business Fundamentals' which translates into RIPOFF for NOTHING. I am now paying more for getting less. My local branch closes their drive through services at noon (not to great for those of us who are handicapped) and there was ONE teller today when I went in (3 customers ahead of me) and ONE 'greeter' who evidently is there to chat up the customers while we wait and wait and wait in line.
