I have almost USD 3000 on hold since 5/22 for a wire transfer I tried to send to a vendor , not the wire was never done but they money doesn't return to my account . 14 days. Many times, when I have gotten a Bank of America overdraft fee, they were reasonable if talked to, but contacting my branch today , despite paying my overdrawn fee, they just essentially charged me two overdraft fee's and with no alerts or warning.
