No merchant line that have anywhere from 1-3 greeters usually men while 2 lady tellers wait on the line that has at least a dozen in line !! Not my personal bank but company uses it. I would NEVER bank with B of A!! Tellers are friendly but service sucks! I say forget the 3 men greeters and add tellers to help the 12 + in line !
