3 brick and mortors and either the drive is not open or the drive thrus have permanently closed. 2 of 3 with long lines inside and 1 CSR. POOR MANAGING POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE = close out all 3 accts.
Anyone else have their house stolen by BOA and given for free to fannie mae at the county sale? Something very wrong here, in 2008 10 million homes were takin away because of the big banks housing balloon burst, and the people thrown out on the street. I know the media made it look like it was the home owners fault, but who took the jobs and who made the value of your home go down 40%?
I spent almost an hour and a half today trying to open up another account at B of A today but they weren't able to accomplish it and I will have to return. The fact that I have two personal accounts and five business accounts would lead one to believe that it would be simple to add another. Not so.
