Absolute HORRIFIC experience! My Brother took his senior dog needing immediate care. They turned him away, said you're a new patient, you have to wait. Refused to ask the vet for assistance. The dog was bleeding from her eye!! The patients there were saying they can go ahead of us. My Brother and sister law were in tears, begging for help. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Seriously recommend everyone bring their pets there! After adopting a sick pup without knowing he was sick and having a really terrible time dealing with the "rescue" group they made everything all better! They fixed my Frankie right up! They made sure they explained all the meds he would need and made sure we knew exactly what was wrong with him and how everything would work out. They are all kind, caring and absolutely great!
