Its has been a nightmare, when it comes to shots fine they work out but the first time you actually need them for medical reasons they're useless.. I had to fight for appointments for my dogs eye that I caught early had the same test done within 3 days of each other that I paid for both times where they found nothing so their guess work diagnosis was conjunctivitis that just kept getting worse they ended up prescribing steroids that just seemed to make everything worse I ended up in the emergency room where they ran 3 separa... read more
absolutely would not recommend at all, gave me a price for xrays that is SIX TIMES the price of an xray at a vet clinic that actually cares about your pet and not just the money they're trying to suck from you.
RecommendedI can’t speak for all the Banfield’s, but the Holmdel one is absolutely amazing!! They are so invested in my boys and really care about them! Not only is the service great, but the staff is truly what makes it a great experience! Thank you for taking care of my babies!!

Dr.G is the best !!! She is so patient and lovely with my boys.
We have been using Banfield for our 3 Maltese dogs. Today my husband and I stopped in to let them know that our older dog had passed. We didn't even get a " I am sorry" from Betsy at the front desk.. Even though she has seen us there many many times. Instead she handed us a phone number to contact the wellness plan to have my dog taken off the plan...so disappointing..
