I just brought my Pebbles in for a cough. I was super worried about the cost involved but the staff was very thorough in explaining the tests and exams and the cost and other conditions Pebbles had that I was previously unaware of. I ended up placing her with the Wellness Plan which saved me a ton of money. Dr Hedland was so kind and thorough and explained in great detail everything that was going on with Pebs. I'm very pleased with the staff and the care we received
I brought my cat there because he wasn't eating, drinking or using the bathroom. They kept him overnight pumped him with fluids and gave him some antibiotics and some other meds. Well they gave me an estimate of 250.00. When I went to pick him the price jumped up to 430.00! That price didn't include any blood work, urinalysis, or X-Rays. Well they told me my cat had a possible blockage and in order to run the proper test they would need another $400! I didn't have it and they wouldn't make any payment arrangement with me. My Rott Allie has been going here since she was 9 weeks, now 9 months and the Doctor and staff have provided nothing but exceptional service. Very pleased and will continue to take all my future pets there. I wish they would see my Mocaw Parrot.

Thank god for these WONDERFUL people. My 8 week old kitten got injured tonite. They took such great care of her and she will recuperate. They were also so comforting to me, while I was terrified and upset. Thank you so much! Joanna and Coco .
You guys were absolutely amazing to both my cats when they were severely ill. You offered me several options for their care and actually recommended the cheaper service. The cost was waaay less than our old vet. Dr Headland was amazig, not to mention incredibly understanding when I had run out the door before she was finished for a family emergency. She called us that night, after hours with test results and medication directions!
#Did You know, Banfield overcharges it's customers by adding fees like medical waste disposal and comprehensive vet checks after you already been charged an office visit. They have also been guilty of providing false information for a profit. Look it up, and stay away from Banfield pet hospital.
