I cannot say enough terrible things about this place! Truly if you care about your fur babies do not take them to banfield pet hospital! These veterinarians are terribly uneducated and rush through exams always misdiagnosing basic stuff! I wouldnt take my pet rock to this hospital! My brother and sister in law had their 2 year old golden doodle misdiagnosed multiple times. I mean come on a basic ear infection misdiagnosed multiple times that got so bad the pup couldnt even stand. This place is an absolute disgrace when it co... read more

RecommendedI LOVE Banfield. I have been taking my dog, Kevin there since I moved back to Youngstown, and now my new puppy, Brad is a patient as well. The staff knows both of my boys when they come in, which makes it very welcoming. We love Dr. Hedland. She always sees them in an exam room because I don’t like to leave them there for their exams, and she is always very thorough and informative. They are both on Wellness plans which makes everything very affordable for me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for taking care of my boys!
People are so polite and take very good care of your pet and love the care plan.I Highly recommend them
