Expect a long wait in the lobby. Even if you see open rooms. My visit was scheduled for 10:45. I got in early between 10:30 and 10:45 and I still riding get into one the open two rooms till 11:07 finally someone came in at 11:18. This is my biggest issue with his location. Service has always been fine but it take FOREVER to get in and get attention.
All 3 of my cats have been going to Banfield since 2012 and I am more than pleased with their service. One of my cats needed to be seen because she was coughing, not eating or drinking, and they fit me in that day and was able to get these issues resolved in a timely manor.
I have 2 dogs and they're both on the wellness plan which is incredible. My payments are less than the actual price. I just pay the plan amount each month and most of the stuff is covered. I recommend this hospital to anyone. The doctors and nurses are wonderful and care about your pets.
I just started taking my animals here one by one... my dog Bailey was first with a severe skin issue. They provided antibiotics for her and a shampoo to kill the fungus.. her fur grew back and she is almost 100% back to normal. My other dog will be going in this week for the same issue so I have no worries. My cat needed to have an emergency visit because she harmed herself outside and they took her right away! AMAZING!! Very caring and efficient! They explain everything to us! Never a long wait! They send Jazmine her monthly meds! And they offer their awesome payment plans!
