No I wouldn't recommend due to the fact that they cannot keep their records straight, I pay every month for the evolution. Rebecca calls me a liar when I said I did NOT get my cats flea meds. disrespectful and disgusting, If you want to lose customers, keep calling us liars . I called the corporate office twice on their screw ups. we wish to cancel the wellness plan or give us what we pay for every month, believe me, I have no reason to lie. and will NOT tolerate this kind of treatment as a paying customer.
Just want to thank Dr. Zarecor, Angie, and the rest of the Banfield team for being so amazing last week when I had to make the difficult choice to put my baby girl down. Dr. Zarecor was unbelievably kind, professional, patient, and it wasn’t hard to see that she has a huge heart for fur babies. Cannot thank her and the rest of the team enough for being there for me and my Lola girl.

They seem to love my dog Bosco as I do, very knowledgeable or they just use big words I don’t know. Whatever the case, I appreciate them and think they do a great job.
We had our first appointment here yesterday for a new puppy visit and it was great! The veterinarian was very knowledgeable, the vet tech was great, the secretary was nice and organized. They called the day before to confirm the visit and called today to see how my puppy was doing. Definitely will be going back!
They will update you quite often and they take great care of your pets. I like that they are open on weekends and till 7 in the evenings. It helps with my work schedule. I also like the fact they are in petsmart so you can grab other things you need while there. I do have a wellness plan for my dog and this helps with getting her teeth cleaned regularly and helps with the cost when she's sick. If rather spend $150 with the plan then $400 with out the wellness plan if i have to take her in.
