Dr Hinson is the best veterinarian I have ever been to.She has been taking care of Rusty since he was 2 months old.She seems to care for Rusty as if he was her baby.Who ever reads this .Banfield let Dr Hinson know that I want to thank her for being such a great Dr and dutch a wonderful person.Rusty really loves seeing her during our visits at Banfield.
They were the first place to figure out what my dog was allergic to. I had been to the pricey vets and they aren't as good. I love them and the vets truly care about your pet. The only negative thing I have to say is that are always busy and normally running behind.
I wanted to note how awful the service of the Banfield in Knightdale is. We pay them every month for wellness plan and bring our dog in with an emergency and they just want to stick her in a crate while they figure out what they are going to do for lunch while shes bleeding everywhere. The girl at the front desk kristin Hurd needs to find another job. She was very disrespectful and rude and obviously doesn't like what she does for a living !!!!! — at Banfield Pet Hospital.
