this is probably one of the worst Banfields ever. The staff here should only be allowed to treat livestock about to be sent to the slaughterhouse to ensure it is fit for human consumption-and they would probably be to lazy, uncaring and unconcerned to do that properly either. Especially "practice manager" Jessica-maybe she should try practicing to manage a veterinary hospital. We've been trying for almost a month to get our dog in for an injury that occurred at Petsmart ab\nd only get the runaround. Avoid at all costs.
They are always helpful and friendly!! They saw my Nala right away when she had an emergency and have been extremely helpful and supportive. Great vet experience every time we go!
I love the staff. We just had to have our oldest baby boy, Gizmo, put down today. The staff was amazingly compassionate and sensitive with the situation. They do an amazing job with taking care of the rest of our fur babies as well.
