I brought my older baby girl here. She's 9, 6 pounds. I said you need to love on her for her to be cool with what your doing. They were awesome. So was bandit. I was the one tearing up. Lol Thank you for your kindness.
We've taken our dogs here for a couple of years now and it's never been bad but never been anything great either. Today we actually needed them and their response was "go to the er vet or call around." We ended up calling around and the Banfield on Six Forks was actually willing to look around even more for us. We'll be transferring out soon.

I have received some of the rudest customer service at this Banfield recently. The desk staff are unwelcoming and have no empathy. Someone who has already left work to get a foster dog his required shots shouldn't be asked to take off work again later because they were late arriving. Especially when the following appointment hasn't even arrived yet. The general attitude is not warm and comforting. (I never saw any of the staff, so they may be perfectly reasonable.)
Dr. Ballester and her staff are amazing! Over the years they have treated our pets and their love for animals is apparent. Highly recommend them to all my friends!
I've never seen Oscar warm up to ANY vet but he certainly is fond of Dr. Ballester. As soon as she walks in no more shivering, no shying away, kisses and cuddles galore. That was amazing. Thanks for loving up on my furry baby.
