RecommendedMy Sadie is a Hot Mess Handful, but we have always received THE BEST love and care here, during each and every visit. They even took the extra time to put a heart on her bandage... we’re feeling the love! P.S..... Ashley at the front desk is awesome!
I wish I would have read the reviews before bringing my pet here. The provider that we were supposed to see was very rude and inconsiderate. These people have no concern or respect for your time. Please save yourself the headache and take your pet somewhere else. They get 0 stars from me!!
Never will I go to this place again!
I dropped my German Shepard off for her dental exam yesterday and they asked to trim her nails too I said sure! We get home yesterday and noticed she was tracking blood all over the house, they cut her nails waaay too short(the first two pictures are her nails a week ago)and too far into her quick you can’t even see that she has them! Her paws were bleeding until 8 pm(her appointment was done at 3) and she has a cut on one of the legs that had a bloody paw!
Staff was very rude
Went with daughter to get grandcat Mambo checked out. WE were more anxious than he was!!! He was so submissive to the male doctor, he "allowed" him to give 2 injections, have his rectum checked, and his teeth!!!! THEY are very friendly, gentle with the pets and affordable!!
My 11 y/o cat is in a fair amount of discomfort today, and I was able to drop her off to be seen by Dr. Tam. She hasn't been seen in 4 years; however, my 5 y/o Pomeranian has been seen by Banfield vets for the past 5 years and is always chipper when we have regular checkups under his wellness plan.
I have what I consider an emergency with one of four of my Shiba Inu"s. Walked in at 3:50pm asking if my dog can be seen for an issue with his ear. Spent 15 minutes at the counter providing my phone numbers. The girl could only find 3 of my dogs in their system .... and this is important why???? MY DOG NEEDS YO BE SEEN!!!!! So I finally ask "can my dog be seen or not"? I was told no there were no appointments available!!! So why did you just waste my time??????? You have just LOST 4 CUSTOMERS!!!
