Pretty Good I had been sent to Banfield by family members in Charlotte who rave about them. I found a kitten outside my office, decided to keep him and brought him to Banfield in Cary for his first medical visit. It was obvious that everyone working there loved animals and wanted to see my kitten. He was de-wormed and had his first check up. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!! We took our dog penny here for a while because it was cheap and we didnt know any better. After the doctors at Banfield put poor puppy's hip back into place (she dislocated it) no one would even talk to us to tell us how everything went when we came to pick her up. We asked to see a doctor but they couldnt find anyone who knew what happened! We refused to leave without talking to someone so they had a tech tell us some very vague info. have to be transparent to its charges and services. We called 5 times to get prescription sent to Costco....really? Yes, really!!
RecommendedMy Sadie is a Hot Mess Handful, but we have always received THE BEST love and care here, during each and every visit. They even took the extra time to put a heart on her bandage... we’re feeling the love! P.S..... Ashley at the front desk is awesome!
I wish I would have read the reviews before bringing my pet here. The provider that we were supposed to see was very rude and inconsiderate. These people have no concern or respect for your time. Please save yourself the headache and take your pet somewhere else. They get 0 stars from me!!
Never will I go to this place again!
I dropped my German Shepard off for her dental exam yesterday and they asked to trim her nails too I said sure! We get home yesterday and noticed she was tracking blood all over the house, they cut her nails waaay too short(the first two pictures are her nails a week ago)and too far into her quick you can’t even see that she has them! Her paws were bleeding until 8 pm(her appointment was done at 3) and she has a cut on one of the legs that had a bloody paw!
Staff was very rude
Went with daughter to get grandcat Mambo checked out. WE were more anxious than he was!!! He was so submissive to the male doctor, he "allowed" him to give 2 injections, have his rectum checked, and his teeth!!!! THEY are very friendly, gentle with the pets and affordable!!
