My dog has been going to Banfield for 3 years. He has never had any issues or problems. This past appointment for a regular 6 month check up when we picked him up he had bruising and blood all around his mouth. We were told he was mussled because he was too hyper to examine. No other reason was given. My dog is an 85 lb pit hound mix. I was not bothered that the vet tech felt the need to put a mussel on him because I understand safety concerns when its a dog you dont personally know. The front desk customer service is extremely rude I've complained about this and hope they will put another welcoming person concerning changing vet due to this , the guy seems to have a bug up his **** is all I can say

Worst vet experience EVER! Keep your dogs away from them and their horrible service! My dog received a double vaccination I had specifically requested he not receive because he had gotten it 2 weeks earlier at the *************** I made sure it was typed in the notes at drop off. Neither the nurse nor the vet paid any attention and gave him the vaccine anyway. There was no apology. They kept my dog a cage for 8 hours due to Covid and still couldnt get his care correct. We took our cat havoc here and relied on the professionalism of the vets to handle her care. She was rejected several times due to being too fiesty, swatting, and unmanageable. We were notified of this hours later while she sat in her crate. They prescribed meds to calm her down for the next visit. The final time we took her there, she went in for weight loss, vomiting, rarely eating, and stomach gargles. The doctor literally said he's scratching his head trying to figure out what's going on.
