I had never been to Banfield before but had a very sick German shepherd and my moms neighbor is a vet tech there. They agreed to see him without an appointment and after running all the necessary tests it was concluded that it was best to put him down. The staff was nothing but supportive and compassionate. We will be taking our other shepherd there from now on.
Always have had a great experience with all the staff and the multiple Banfields that I have taken my two maltipoos too. It is such a relief that any where I travel I can find a vet that knows my pups and treats them good. I always highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital to everyone one that I know with fur babies.
I take both of my dogs here and they are great with them and my kids the only other good vet I know passed away years ago
Quit going there once all the "seasoned" staff left about a year ago. Seems like they can't keep people there anymore and the new office manager has no personality and is rude. Won't be going back!
Wouldn't trust my babies with anyone else! Everyone is always so nice and answers every crazy question I have! Love them here. ❤
They have been great with my sweet baby boy Smokey. He had feline leukemia when we got him and they have cared for him right up to the end. They stayed open when we had to let him go on 12/19/2014. They were very caring through his passing.
Can"t say enough about this place! They took real great care of Ralph, our cat, when he lost his eye.
