Absolutely horrible and all they want is your money. It is like a sales pitch every time you go in. My poor dog has allergies and needs 3.5 mg of Apoquel daily. They will not refill a prescription for 10 days until I can get her in for her appointment. She will now be scratching herself with a dog sitter while we are out of town next week. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET DONT TAKE THEM TO BANFIELD. Banfield is a scam- their ability to diagnose anything after a simple worm on your pet is close to zero. Their Customer service is below every standard and their response is very rude and they don't care if you have been a customer for so long or not. Most amazing staff. Everyone at the Greensburg Banfield treat my pets like they are their own. I feel the love they have for all of my pups and they always go above and beyond to take care of my pups. The level of professionalism and personal touch is every thing I want in a vet for my pups!! They scheduled my dog to sit in a cage for HOURS on end while the vet was in a surgery. Mind you, this was no emergency & she didn’t need to be squeezed in. She just needed her shots updated. My dog is absolutely terrified to go here and was so distraught in the car afterwards. Dogs that came in after her were leaving after an hour of being there. Today was a crazy day for Kaiser. We had some issues that landed him with an emergency trip to the vet. I noticed all of the techs and veterinarians wearing masks and gloves and taking extra steps and it's really eye opening that during this craziness there are still people willing to help animals and make sure hes not only safe and healthy but also as loved as he would be at home.
