They have dropped the ball on us so many times. Sometimes it’s endangered our dog’s health. They always forget to send prescription refills. No matter how much notice you give or how many promises are made they never ever follow through. Once again our dog sits here without her epilepsy medicine. She has seizures if she doesn’t have it. Banfield doesn’t care. Just an oversized understaffed corporate money making machine. We will be changing vets after this one.

RecommendedDr Pontillo and Staff are so wonderful! They truly care for your pet. Dr Pontillo spends ample time with you during diagnostics to insure you understand the course of action! I can’t recommend her enough!
We stopped going there about a year ago. My dog got sick over the weekend and we took him there and the staff was great. We will keep going back.
We had an emergency Friday night our 10 year old dog Drager couldnt close his mouth. We didnt know where to go, we went to Banfield hospital in petsmart in Greensburg. They took us in right away and the team was fantastic Alyssa, Jay and doctor Giselle Boertjens. They scheduled surgery the next day and he's already feeling better. We cant be any happier with the care and service for our dog. Thank you so much
The Worst Experience Ever. Don't go there! Bad Manners especially from the Manager. Pets didn't receive the best care. The Chief of Staff doesn't care about your pets or keeping clients either! My dogs got so sick from their animal hospital and they will not take any responsibility for my puppy catching something from there which caused my other dogs to get sick and 2 of them almost dying.
