RecommendedI was referred to Banfield from my Nephew who has taken his dog to the Monroeville location for years. I chose the Greensburg location because of location and have had nothing but a good experience. Tyson my chihuahua has only been to Banfield and has gone thru check ups to actual surgery. I have no complaints at all about any of the services they performed on him. He came thru the Surgery like a champ and the doctor made sure we were prepared to take care of him at home. I can’t thank you all enough for squeezing us in on such a short notice. Friendly staff and Dr. Sangimino was awesome to work with.
After hearing that you euthanized a cat after it bit a tech because the cat was 2 weeks late in recieving her rabies shot! The cat should have been quarantined for 2 weeks, not euthanized! Your vet needs reported to the veterinary board, that vet took an oath to not harm! I will be happy to spread the word on how your staff handled this horrible situation!
The fact that you wouldn’t try to see what was wrong with someone’s cat and made the owner cry because you were going to forcefully put it to sleep all because it’s rabies shot was 2 weeks past due makes me SICK. You didn’t comfort that woman in her time of need and you killed a cat for NO REASON. I am absolutely sick over this and those 2 vets should be under investigation!! DO BETTER.
Unnecessary tests add up & up in costs. When I say unnecessary, believe it. They have a major league scam going.
