We were not happy with our experience here at all.
We've been using Banfield for 6 years now. It's the first Vet where we have taken our dogs and they are treated like little people. My American Bulldog has aggression issues with select people. We drive in the parking lot and he gets so excited he forgets his leash manners. Everyone in there gets slobbery bulldog kisses and he is treated like a normal dog. Banfield was great when the franchise was owned by a local vet but the franchise owner took it back and prices went up, quality went down. I had three pets on the wellness plans and had problem after problem getting care or even an appointment. My dogs were muzzled and frightened there. It became like an assembly line without personalized care. We had lots of issues. Finally I moved to a different vet office while still under contract with Banfield and paying off the wellness plans. I have been taking my new baby in to see them since he was rescued. He was one of those free to good home kittens in a box. He was very malnourished, constipated, and flea covered. After one visit and being informed on a get well plan. His constipation was gone, and he gained 2 lbs in less than 2 wks. Their health plans are a life saver for my wallet, and make it possible to afford what he needs.
They are the worst and are so horrible to our fur babies and aren't being held responsible by corporate at all. BEWARE they'll hurt or possibly kill a pet before they'll be stopped. Still waiting for this office to call me back after having to call the corporate office on them. Was told by corporate that they would call within 48 hours and nothing in over 3 days. Hmmm they don't care at all. Except for their paychecks Wish I could put a ZERO.
If I could put zero stars I would! Horrible customer service! Do NOT have your dogs teeth cleaned at this faciity! My dog developed aspiration pneumonia and almost died, and they took absolutely no ownership or accountability for it. Showed no remorse or cared what happened to him or to us who experienced almost 4 weeks of sleepless nights due to his constant cough.
