My dog has separation anxiety and despite covid and not allowing me to come with her, they accommodate her issue and make it as seemless as it can be. Dr. O is always helpful, nice, and explains anything to a point anyone can understand, not just Dr lingo. Thank you for keeping my baby healthy! 🥰
Brought dog in for extreme pain due to possible injury or digestive related issues. Screaming, nipping, when being touched. Wasnt drinking eating well. They were more concerned about his behavior while there due to being in extreme pain than the source of the pain. "He was being too difficult" After a blood test, pain med script, and a bill for over 300$, nothing was diagnosed. Still yelping and whining and barely moving after coming home with no plan of action.

Honestly I called another place first but they didn't answer and I'm really glad they didn't. I couldn't be happier with everything from start to finish Madi and Emily were more than sweet, knowledgeable and patient and the service itself is reasonably priced I was surprised I will be using them as long as I'm in the area

This is our 10 month old kitten Wysocki. He had his first veterinarian appointment yesterday morning at 11:30 at Banfield pet hospital at Petsmart. He was just supposed to get an initial check up and vaccines. I called them at 3:00 to see if everything was okay since it seemed like he was there for a while. The girl on the phone said the vet was just working on him and they would call back 🤔 They called back around 5:30 to say we could come get him, but they couldn’t do the check up or vaccinations because he was being too ... read more
