Had a good experience here. I usually go to the Troy location, but due to a power outage called Rochester Hills. Staff was very friendly. Stephanie got my first dog in quickly and when I called back to let them know my second dog had similar symptoms, they fit both into their schedule. Kate was our PA. She treated Roxy and Jersey as if they were her own. I was very impressed with how loving she was to them. It’s always a little pricey even on the plan but you pay for the quality you want.
Great people. Doctor was awesome. Friendly and make sure your pets are healthy and well!!! Awesome payment plans too!
This is a wonderful place we took our cat Tigger here because he had an ingrown nail and they took good care of it now he's a Happy Kitty before that he was having digestive issues they looked at him did some tests and recommend some special food for him and he has a sister named Precious she likes the food too plan to bring her in for a check up soon
They are the best. We have both our dogs on the wellness plans and we pay about $30 a month for each dog. We never pay for anything when we take them in for their vaccinations or anything. If you utilize everything the wellness plan allows you to do, you definitely get your money's worth. Not to mention the staff is always very friendly to me as well as our pets and they always know the answer to any question we have.
