Today is the 2nd time I have had the ultimate experience with the Ultimate Spa Package and it did not disappoint!! Bamboo Spa is an experience that happens to you and for you!! Terrible. From start to finish. Customer service, management, owner, everything was terrible, rude, disgusting, sub-par and downright disappointing. Trying to create an image of being high end and all that; while treating customers terrible? Great business plan.
