My husband purchased a gift card for Mother’s Day. Very unhappy I told the stylist exactly what I wanted and came out with wrong color and couldn’t even see the blonde. The place was so dirty and gross. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I am surprised Aveda has a store like this�
I do not usually write reviews but this experience upset me too much not to. For 50 years I have colored, bleached and cut my own hair. Occasionally I go to a salon and am usually very disappointed with the cut and the cost. Sometimes I cannot believe these people are licensed. My Boss bought me a $100.00 certificate for the Bamboo Salon for Christmas. I was very excited and scheduled my appointment.
