Be honest: this was a terrible experience. I went to this clinic due to ongoing shoulder pain. After the consultation, I was told I needed an MRI. I paid $300+ for it, and the report showed a labral tear and other injuries. I prefer rehabilitation rather than surgery, so I asked the doctor to provide a Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) / GP Management Plan and Team Care Arrangement (TCA) referral so I could see a physiotherapist. I had a great experience this morning at the clinic. The receptionist, Alison, was very kind and welcoming, and Dr. Lee was incredibly professional and caring. They both made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Thank you for your excellent service!🫶🏻
Friendly and knowledgeable staff here. I found Dr Lee-Ming Teh to be an excellent doctor who is quick to diagnose issues and give quality referrals, there was also a couple of follow ups where he could of charged me and chose not to.
Fantastic caring Drs who are thorough & always make us feel heard. Receptionists are so patient & really incredible to deal with!
These are the most thorough doctors I’ve ever come across, my partner and mother were both shocked at how thorough they are. I’m immunocompromised so getting to the bottom of things is very important when it comes to my health, and Dr Deborah doesn’t stop until she figures out what it is. Even when the hospital couldn’t figure it out, she did within a few hours. I feel in such safe hands and genuinely heard here.
