been to quite a few chiropractors, Dr. Ballard is fantastic .I would recommend him to anyone who is not getting what they need from the other chiropractors in town...
I've been to Ballard and Kind twice, both for upper back injuries. I crawled in one time, and today walked in as stiff as a board. I could pretty much do cartwheels 5 minutes later each time. These guys are great, it's absolutely crazy how effective they are!

I love Kind Chiropractic. My senior year of high school I went to 3 months of rehab therapy, and it did not help my problem, but made it worse. A week of working with Rick Kind, and I feel amazing. I get out of whack and he always fixes the problem. I get helped almost immediately which is also great. The staff is super nice, and it feels like a nice family environment.
