10 Years of amazing service! – I have been going to Ball HOnda for the past 10 years and have discovered year after year that their entire staff is dedicated to superb customer service. From the buying process to servicing my cars- they exceed my expectations everytime! worst customer service in san diego – I bought a 07 civic for my gfriend, soon as i bought it started having problems, visors would keep craking, and couldnt bring them back up. I told them it was a factory defect, and had them replaced, after 30k miles was up, they said it wasnt their problem anymore, and wanted to charge me, told them the car had defective visors. when reached 60 k miles the car overheated on freeway, took it in and told them that wasnt normal, basically told me tough luck, and had to buy more antifreeze. ... read more
I will not come back – A salesman got me into buying a Civic from them, they were very helpful that time (of course!). 55K miles later, my check engine light went on, they just erased it and said nothing is wrong. Additional 20K miles later my engine started to surge and hesitates..
