Brought my kid here to buy him his Birthday/College Car. Awesome! The staff was great, easy to work with, no hassle approach. The price was the price and it was the lowest in the County. They made me look like best parent ever and I left with no buyers remorse or second guessing myself. Financing was easy since they work directly with my credit union.
This review is in reference to the Service Department. I have always received exceptional service from the service department for any services to my Hondas. I normally deal with Dave Harlan, one of the top notch service writers of Ball Honda. Always courteous, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend Ball Honda for your Honda service needs; ask for Dave.
