Mark Bocinski sold us our Kia, Mike Savala processed our financials and were both friendly and professional in their demeanor and without pressure or intimidation Felipe Morales, Dante Webster, Salvador Gutierrez in the service department and David Quintero in accessories all were so friendly and accommodating and obviously good at their jobs, also. We are very satisfied and will shop at Ball in the future
