Made deal over the phone and reiterated it 3 times and said I don't want to waste time coming down there. I was super clear on this, manager Bernard had basically confirmed they could do it. Shouldn't have been surprised when they couldn't even come remotely close to what they agreed to. Stranded me in National City. 3 other dealerships in SD offered better deal, I even showed them. Steer clear of these guys.

On Saturday July1 we took our new Honda in to Ball Honda for an oil change and waited about 45 min. Everybody was very courteous and helpful. Great experience
