I went in at 10am for the appointment that I setup for today 11/19 and they were closed. I arrived at 10 with the lights off and doors locked. Called and left a message. I setup my appointment last Monday. This was for my wedding in Jamaica that I’m leaving for in the morning. Very disappointed!

I get a pedicure whenever the urge hits me and have been to Balisimo Spa a few times and have received good service. Today was a bit different, I walked in at 6:15pm (they close at 7) and Tina T was going to take care of me. I was offered three different pedicures and selected the middle/$35 option. This pedicure took about 45 minutes and included a foot soak, salt scrub, lotion, and massage. Tina does an excellent foot and leg massage…the best I have ever experienced! Got my nails done Friday and have already needed a repair, internet and the sign in their door says they're open on Sunday but they're not. Had to go to a different salon where lady told me they had done multiple repairs for this salon that week, and waited a very long time just to get one finger redone. Also didn't even get a manicure, they just started sanding my nails down for dipping. I asked if I could put lotion on my hands when I left and he said sure.
