So dissatisfied with Nissan. They will not fix my visors even though I purchased the a additional warranty. I've been waiting to get them fix since before the 3 year warranty was up but waited until someone contacted me to fix all the recalls.
Service department has always been stellar and just purchased a vehicle - from cold walk-in to test drive to car owner in less than 2 hours!
I had a recall on my car, made the appt, brought it in! The service dept was super nice. They brought me home and picked me up when my car was done! I would bring my car their again. No hassles!!!!!
Customer service sucks !!!! You would think they want to go above and beyond for customers that have been with them 30 years. Nope not them !!!!! Won't be buying or leasing another car from them !!!
4 vehicles later and very satisfied. Great service dept
I have got all my cars from Jerry Rome Nissan Bobby and Brian always go above and beyond .
