I had a pretty good experience with Balise. I actually had two sales man help me but one of them went absolutely above and beyond. His name is Michael Ramdath. He has been amazing. Of course all these sales men are in it for the sale itself. That is obvious considering I have had no dealings with the other sales man since the initial paperwork. Extremely unprofessional and rude! Would never ever buy a car from this dealership again. Service department employees were amazing. Sales employees were absolutely horrible.

The two stars represent the salesman Luis for the outstanding service he provided only, he deserves 5. Unfortunately his sales manager Al is a condescending, unprofessional, rude snake who tries to play games with customers that ultimately affects the salesman's bottom line. When I went into Balise Nissan I was already feeling defeated from the last nissan I went to which was curry.
