Paid cash for a 2020 Murano. Brand new. Carpets were all ripped and loose. Also, car was filthy. Could barely see out windows and grease spots on moon roof cover. No resolution. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
RecommendedMy husband and I shopped at a few different Balise lots and let me just tell you I’m happy we stopped here. Wendy was our saleswoman and she and her sales manager Richard both went above and beyond their call of duty. We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with them both!!! We are absolutely in love with out vehicle. If you’re looking for a new vehicle this is your place!! Please see Wendy she is amazing and I just adore her.
Initially the buying process was great, was told the warranty and servicing could be done at a Balise dealership near me. Was informed that the local Balise Chevy dealership would provide free car washes for next two years as part of my used car purchase in addition to covering any servicing that was part of the warranty or extended warranty. The customer service at Balise was awesome. I purchased a car from Josh Hoar. He was very helpful, very knowledgeable and not pushy. Great experience. would definitely give this dealership 5 stars.

Land of the Lemons. Sold me Nissan Titan with broken strut and other issues, terrible dealership. Had ECU code P0456 (small evap leak) wanted $140 to fix. New o-ring on gas cap solved issue for $12. Peter the GM of sales is a snake, said he'd send a check for the broken strut and labor when i brought in receipts. Never received the check,
I had a great experience. Salesman Josh was super helpful and patient. Richard from Finance was great as well. The team where the inspection was done worked fast and had me out of there in a timely fashion. I recommend them, no complaints here. I walked out a happy camper

Yesterday we had the pleasure of encountering Josh. My stepfather (a black man) went in to speak with someone regarding a vehicle that he was to test drive and scheduled to test drive. He was inside for about 10 minutes when he came out to let me know that Josh was going to get the vehicle. It was very hot and muggy yesterday so I waited in my air conditioned car but my stepfather waited outside for Josh to come right around with the vehicle (as he was told). Went to Balise Nissan on 6/20/2020 @10:45am. My wife wanted to trade in her 2016 Rogue and buy or lease a new one. We decided to come back here because we have purchased/leased 5 vehicles from this location since 2013 (It was Gary Rome Nissan back then). NO ONE greeted us at all when we went inside. The was one salesman at his desk playing on his phone. 2 other sales people were with customers but they could have acknowledged us and told us someone would be with us...but we didn't even get that.
