absolutely terrible service department, wish i could post pictures of where the technician stood on my front bumper to. hange the belt and idler pulley, also how they "fixed" the inner seat cushion by installing a piece of pipe insulation instead of replacing as the claimed, they also scratches up the paint around the taillight they removed to change reverse bulb. absolutely horrendous after paying top dollar for a Nissan Titan I unfortunately traded my G37x on. Steering wheel looks straight too no?

When you purchase a pre-ownd vehicle from a reputable dealership and bring it to the vehicles Make Service Department, you expect nothing but the best. I was recently there last week. had a SCHEDULED appointment. my car was not even touched until the following Wednesday. They didnt even call me to tell me anything until i left multiple messages. And it turns out that the same part (rear wheel bearing) needed to be replaced again. now mind you that same part was replace in April 2018. When I questioned this, I was told." well... read more
