I love Balise Lexus, they take care of everything in a very efficient way. Waiting in their café is not a hardship either. This is my 3rd Lexus from Balise, they have spoiled me from ever going to a different dealership. When I leave Balise, I am secure in knowing my car had top service. Very professional, from the moment you drive in. Love the complimentary vehicle provided, and enjoy the beautiful waiting area if I choose to wait. The hand wash the end is a big plus, also!
The facilities are gorgeous with delicious sandwiches, gourmet cookies and gourmet coffee. What really makes this dealership stand out are the people. They will and have bent over backwards to make their customers happy. If you are buying a lexus or having a lexus serviced do not go any where else.
