Today I had to bring my car to Lexus in West Springfield. It was being recalled for an airbag issue. My airbag light has been on for a looooong time and chronically stressed me out. When I sat down with my Lexus person he told me this might not fix the airbag light problem I've been having. I told them to do a test if the light didn't go out. $129 for test. When the car was finished the airbag light was off so I didn't need a test. Not only did it fix my airbag problem, they also washed it inside and out (it's spotless) and ... read more
I just purchased an NX200t for my wife and Kate Bedard and Joe Renzulli helped to make it a special surprise. My wife finally got that first car with the big red bow on it this past week and she couldn't have been happier.
